Work Day
NEECA members are proud of NEECA, and all is has to offer. We like to keep it looking nice, and maintenance is an ongoing priority. Every April we schedule a Work Day where volunteers meets up at the park to get it "spruced up" for the coming season. Jobs needing doing can vary a bit from year to year, but mostly involve clearing up the winter debris, putting a fresh coat of paint or stain on some things, opening up the Confidence Course, and making sure the trails are in good shape. Some members come for the day, some just have a few hours to contribute. Either way, it all counts! So if you could save the date and plan to stop up for a few hours during the April Work Day, it would be greatly appreciated. And feel free to "bring a friend"! ;)
